What is your Return and Refund Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges, due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products.

Damages and issues

Please review and inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If there is any issue or damages with your order, please email info@yumismade.com within 7 days of delivery.

What carrier is used for shipping?

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping Options

If your order is small, you may have the option to choose letter mail. This is an affordable option for smaller orders that fit in an envelope. Please keep in mind this does not include tracking.

If you prefer having tracking, or if your order is large enough, you will have the option to use Ground Advantage.

Can I track my order?

If you chose the USPS Ground Advantage shipping option, tracking is included! Once your order is shipped and processed by USPS, a tracking number will be provided.

How long are processing and shipping times?

When will my order ship?
Processing times take between 5-7 business days (but most likely sooner). Every item is handmade and packaged by yours truly :)

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following week.

How long does shipping take?
USPS Ground Advantage takes between 2-5 business days.

USPS First Class Mail takes between 1-5 business days.

Please note, transit times are not guaranteed and could vary based on your local postal service, weather conditions, and/or holidays.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally at the moment. We will update our subscribers when this becomes available!

Lost or Missing packages

Unfortunately, Yumismade is not responsible for any packages lost by the carrier, stolen, or undeliverable due to mistakes in the shipping address. Please confirm shipping addresses are accurate and complete before placing your order (including any apartment/unit numbers). If the order is missing for multiple days, please contact your local post office.
